My only concern is you said "After a while its time doing something again for the community!" well that is great, but I was a little upset you are charging for the design. Even if you made people join your site to download is fine, but to charge for something you are "doing for the community" is wrong. If you had said that it would have been fine.
Yes you have the right to charge for a design such as that, but your wording is very misleading. Well just my two cents for whatever it is worth |

the theme is for free all of it...,
its just that i charge if the peeps wants the whole source such as the complete psd and then it wouldnt have my name under it or people could say they made it ,now for that i charge ...
in the theme still has all the sourcefiles from the logos etc ,fla from the logo to edit that and all |
