My farewell to the nuke community can be seen here. I wasn't going to post this but had second thoughts. Some of you still contact me for help, I won't be participating at NC anymore, and thought it only fair to announce this. The site has been sold, all will be revealed soon. I'm retiring from the Nuke community-at-large and working only on my site now. Good luck to everyone, my list of contributions to Nuke are now complete. For those that still wonder what they are...
Nuke Cops itself, Googletap, Analyzer, phpBB2 forums port with Tom, MySQL-Tap, Scrolling Forums Block Modified, NavTap, Modifieds Top & Your Account, Columbia, Journal Modified, Fortress(tm), AdminTap, UnionTap, other XSS code, Site Visitors Block Modified, among others I have done. I hope you continue to enjoy them and the derivatives they have spawned. Its been a pleasure serving you and with you. Good luck everyone. I hope each of you can be rewarded as much as I've been in the PHP-Nuke community. But now its time to move on to ComputerCops and continue the good there. Nuke Cops is in good hands.

I have weapons here at my house, but that doesn't mean I'm going to use it when i hear any sound coming in and around my house. I have the option to use it as I see fit however and I'm responsible for it's use when I do use it. Does that mean I have to use it? No of course not and likewise, just because program has the option to cause damage, doesn't mean I have to. Let's use some common sense here. If you don't want a gun in your house becuase your too afraid you might hurt someone then don't buy one. The same goes for using Sentinal, if your AFRAID of what it can potentially do then don't use it, but don't stand around trying to knock others for having or using something just because your afraid of what it can do.
I'd hate to be living in your houses without the protection of a gun when the rapist, pyscho or the breakin occurs and your left standing there defenseless. I'd rather have the means of protecting my family (and assests for that matter) than have no means at all.
I hope this drives home the point that it's not the gun that kills people, it's the user. Likewise it's the lame people who use tools irresponsibly that cause unecessary harm on bystanders just like untrained people with guns can do. So stop blaming the tool and educate the people. GET IT? Sheesh! |

A "denial-of-service" attack is characterized by an explicit attempt by attackers to prevent legitimate users of a service from using that service. Examples include
-attempts to "flood" a network, thereby preventing legitimate network traffic
-attempts to disrupt connections between two machines, thereby preventing access to a service
-attempts to prevent a particular individual from accessing a service
-attempts to disrupt service to a specific system or person
If you must break the law in order to achieve your goals then you are no better than any other criminal. |

no.
plain and simple.
As for the United States, well, it's the site admin's responsibility to choose. Get over the fact that someone has the free ability to make a choice, because they get to live with any consequences, if any.
BTW, don't hate the program just because it's a competing product against NC's best effort. In the eyes of many, it's actually a superior product, because it does a good job, and has proactive in addition to the regular 'stop their attacks' functionality. Get off of this 'i wanna be ZX, i wanna be ZX, lemme be the champion for everything he says!' routine, and shove off.
NukeCops used to be respected, and to a few blind people, it still is. But with staff (or whatever the hell your rank is) like you, that respectability has dropped to nil. It's one thing for me to make any immature comments that I might have come up with, but YOU represent a community that is supposed to set the example.
Nice job, followed in ZX's footsteps (except in a more juvenile way), and in the meanwhile, lost any respect that other well-known nukers might have had for you.
