Some scumb*gs need IP banning. You can do net ranges too. :) I got rid of most of Brazil and the Middle Sandpile. :)
Nothing but d*rks running SubSeven. Well, if everyone does this, then we don't need to contact ISP's anymore, Just ban their whole clientele in a click. WOO HOO! :)~ |

so would that make it ban *every1*, or just that subnet? lmao...
and, does it matter what method i use to ban the perp? cus i found some code awhile back that i just stick at the top of php files, that i want to ban peeps from... it has the ips you listed, put into an array, then runs a loop to see if it matches, and bans.. |

Re: IP Addresses Have Been Banned (Score: 1) by allevon on Friday, June 13 @ 00:53:38 CEST (User Info | Send a Message) http://www.AlleVonTech.com | Yea, in most cases it takes care of the subnet. At least it works on the IPs from the Middle SandHeap. Some Brazilian ones are elusive, because the 200.000. range also includes some U.S. ranges. That script your talking about should also accept that as well. just leave the last set of digits off. 3 sets ending with / and their asses are banned and sent to a page giving them the middle finger.
Anyone who ran Subseven, Netbios or any other trojan crap, is also included in what I ban. Not just my site, but ALL my customers. All it takes is running that obsolete garbage once on any of my PCs, and their automatically added.

I also have Comcast.. I just hope that I don't end up with the banned one when my IP addy renews...

Re: IP Addresses Have Been Banned (Score: 1) by Zhen-Xjell on Tuesday, June 10 @ 17:16:38 CEST (User Info | Send a Message) http://castlecops.com | | That is true, but because those IP addresses belong to cable modems (always on), it would take 7 days for the IP address to be reassigned if the CM didn't renew it before then. And then, it might not get reassigned if there is no one requesting a new IP address. |

I guess its just how often you reboot your systems. Its not too likely that you'd get one of the above IP addresses, but if you did... You'd be good to go buy a bunch of lotery tickes, seeing as the odds would be in your favor ;) |
