I was looking for the script Collapsing Blocks that cpgnuke.com uses.
Finally I decided to do it myself.
Actually I did not do it. I just adapted the cpgnuke code for PHP-Nuke.

(User Info | Send a Message) http://truden.com | Should work with all themes(but in PHP-Nuke7.3), if you edit the theme.php as described in the INSTAL file, and change your style.css as described also there.
Play around with it :)
I tested it only with 7.3
