Fortress™ and BanOnDemand™ Update |
|
 The upcoming release of Fortress™ and BanOnDemand™ (BOD) have been operating on Nuke Cops successfully for several days now (notwithstanding the severe DDoS attack of course). BOD bans suspect IPs and Usernames automagically. Why use Fortress™? Because its the first winning application that protects any PHP website. Stay tuned, the next version is due to be released this weekend. Feel free to look at all the recent attacks we've caught here.

Were trademark applications actually filed with the USPTO? I didn't find those terms in the federal database. |

Any time you claim rights in a mark, you may use the "TM" (trademark) or "SM" (service mark) designation to alert the public to your claim, regardless of whether you have filed an application with the USPTO. However, you may use the federal registration symbol "®" only after the USPTO actually registers a mark, and not while an application is pending. Also, you may use the registration symbol with the mark only on or in connection with the goods and/or services listed in the federal trademark registration. "
As you can see I may use the TM mark without having to file for the Registered Mark symbol. |
