(User Info | Send a Message) | odd, the numbers you mention 10 and 38 were members previously but i deleted them due to them not meeting the correct criteria for the site. (they were adult etc)
however, just this morning, i have had a new member join up (www.phpnuke.org.br) so it is working.
I can only apologise for this inconvenience to your selves, but if you would like to try again, certainly everything seems to be functioning correctly.
