i have re-released the MReviews 2.0,
this release have many changes..
changed the overall look
changed the Alphabets Listing of Reviews
Fixed the html problems
and many other fixes and changes
this release has also changed the way database was setup, so it is not advised to those who have many reviews and categories added already..
i am trying to create data transfer utility, but i cant say when it will be ready, at the moment i dont even know that how will it happen..

(User Info | Send a Message) http://www.nukecommunity.com | It does the same as, the reviews module that is part of nuke but this is the MReviews, some say this Multi-Reviews, and Some says this is Mindless-Reviews, But actually its just MReviews, anywayz its just like the default Nuke Reviews Module, but he has added some more usefull, Mostwanted, cool options:

(User Info | Send a Message) http://www.trevor.net | I have to say that I like what you have done. The review module is pretty detailed. I do have a few small suggestions. :)
1. Line 28 in the MReview-sql.php file gave me a syntax error. I droped this line directly in phpMyAdmin and it work ($prefix => nuke).
2. I created a category : Cool. But when I added a review, the response I got back said "...successfully modified. Click here for another Review" When I went to see if my review (of my own site) had registered, it had not. A check of the tables "nuke_MReviews" and "nuke_MReviews_pend" displayed zero records.
Over all I think this will be a great mod once I can add reviews. The features of categories and sub categories are much needed.

i checked your both problems
cant say about the 1st one, but second one problem has a reason and that is that i forgot to actually Refresh ALL the files of MReviews in the zip package before uploading it :(
you will have to wait till my site gets up again, i will post a news here or a comment to let you and everyone else know :) |

But i have MReviews 1.0 already installed and i have about 500 Reviews in my database, how can i transfer the data from MReviews 1.0 to MReviews 2.0?
Is there no script to move data from old to the new database?
Is there no script to upgrade?
In the help file i found all the answers tell me to go here: to find an answer but i can't find the files. Cause i have another questions, can i use the "last reviews block" with MReviews? |
