I am trying to change it from saying (under Guests Online Now)

To their IP address instead. Or maybe even the first 3 octets of their IP

Latest version of Sentinel is 2.5.00
You can check the version # by going into your admin control panel and clicking on the Sentinel icon. It will say on the top of the Sentinel admin panel.

If you are talking about admin login, just turn off the Admin blocker, and/or the Author blocker.
Note: Doing this is posing a security risk to your website. And is not recommended.

The "hackers" are coming from, or representing a site at http://cyber-raiders.com
And they are just injecting some text, img links and an easy META refresh tag into the News mod. |

| Some hosts do not allow the extension .htaccess to be uploaded to their servers. In that case, you'll just have to not use .htaccess, or find a different host. |
