I am getting the following errors on install:

Warning: head(themes//theme.php) [function.head]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/content/s/h/e/shecries/html/header.php on line 31

Warning: head() [function.include]: Failed opening 'themes//theme.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/content/s/h/e/shecries/html/header.php on line 31

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: themeheader() in /home/content/s/h/e/shecries/html/header.php on line 51

I have the 8.0 phpnuke went to the main site and got the page to run the install from and clicked on the link to do the install and it went to a blank page. I then opened up my config.php file and turned on the error reporting and the errors I got are listed above.

It is not finding the default theme entries. Either your config.php table settings are wrong or your tables were not loaded correctly.

You where correct of course. My config.php tables where not right, had something spelled wrong. I have another questions, but I'll post it in a new one.
Thanks for the help!
