Using 7.3 PHP-NUKE, I have my Avatars set to 81x81 but users of my forum have Avatars that are displaying 150 x200 or even larger.
Is this broken in the Admin /Forums /configuration?
This works for all, uploaded and gallery, and remote...why?

Linking to off site avatars allows larger avatars which is causing your problem.
Currently, the only solution is to fix them yourself.
