at my website if I enter this site:

www.mysite.com/downloads.html

then i see: "error this pase is not avaible"

I think this must be the GoogleTap but it doesnt work really.

You need Apache server which allowable to use .htaccess file and Apace module called "mode-rewrite" enable. Ask your host provider whether you allowed to use .htaccess and mod-rewrite.
