I have problem when I tray to send email from the phpbb CP to all users i get this lines

I'm using smtp ... with external smtp server .. i don't have sendmail.
what is wrong !!?!?!?!?!!

by the way ... I installed phpnuke 7.1 now in different place with new database (I download it from phpnuke.org) and i still have the same problem !!!!!.
but my phpbb 2.0.6 standalone work perfectly whiteout problems .. (all the 1 forum and the two portals in the same server - windows 2000 server).
