I have been having issues with my website that have been resulting in receiving Internal Server Errors quite often. I contacted my webhost (aplus.net), and talked to them about it frequently, trying to get a little more than the rock bottom support that is so common. They tell me that I have to optimize my script, because I am running over 4 PHP Processes, and 10 MySql connections at once. on my website, I have had the following modules installed:
Coppermine Photo Album
All the other default Modules that come with 7.6 patched, to inlude the forums.
and a few mods to include a few small BB mods, as well as modifying the mainfile.php as prescribed under the Speed Freaks forum with the popular post about making modifications to the mainfile.php.
I am at a loss, because at one point, I ran over 11x my max alloted SQL queries (several days ago), and I found out that it was likely due to the fact that I was recording the chat and tracked IP's with Nuke Sentinel (I stopped tracking them, as they took up quite a bit of space on the database). I am confused as to what the exact issue is, and more over, if any of the above modules have been known to cause massive queries on the database. Is anyone familiar with any of these modules that would be so kind as to inform me of any issues known with any of the above modules that could cause a huge load on the database?

phpNuke is just a very database-intensive script. I don't think your host is equiped to handle it, esp on a shared server with SQL restrictions. You need to seriously get another host without such restrictions, I suggest anyone that actually uses phpNuke and will cater to that
phpBB itself takes a good portion. All the addons will add queries depending how often they are used. It's very typical for these kind of database scripts
