Ok, after exploring the new AS panel, I configure it to what I see best. I apply it and I try to go back to the normal admin panel, and a login window pops up, unlike the usual login page. I put in my info, and it doesn't accept it. How do I turn off this login window from coming up?

Are you using HTTP Authentication? Disable it by going to your Admin Secure page and entering the Authorization codes.
