Doesnt Read Admin Status

Hello, I'm having an issue with my bb...its not reading anyone that's supposed to be Admin as and Admin...I even went into phpMyAdmin and set my user_rank and user_level both to 1 and it still doesnt show myself up as an Admin... http://www.digital-zero.net/main/ I'm not quite sure what the heck is the problem here... Confused

Admin user_level is 2 not 1
