Site not working.

I found that some people and me and friends at work, try to get to my site, but it does not work. I know for a fact that if i go home it will work fine.

It seems as though my job area is not able to get to the site. It says page cannot be displayed. But the actual hosting is never down and its at around the same time everyday. I know the hosting isnt down because i can get to the control panel but never the site.

The site works sometimes at my job but there is a usual time that i cannot.

any reason for this?

You should contact your host and explain this issue to them.

There maybe a problem with the DNS.

I e-mailed them asking about it and they said the hosting was never down. they said it could be a local issue. but what local issue could that be?

It's weird, because it works sometimes and then the next it wont for a couple hours

Use ping and traceroute to determine if they can see the server. If not, perhaps one of their local firewalls is stopping them, or perhaps a router is dropping the connection, etc. etc.
