4)need a db conversion scrip (dont have one could somone help me with that)

ok i think thats what i need right?? And is there a step by step guild out there that kinda shows u what to do? i am just not getting how this works. i have phpbb2 on my server and i have php-nuke running but i just dont like the forums they give me. so will this change the php-nuke to let it run phpbb? just a few question sry if this is the wrong place to post this.

Thanks,

What version of phpNuke are you using?
phpNuke already has the BBToNuke files integrated, this is the ported version of phpBB for phpNuke. Thus you do not need phpBB (nor can you use the original phpBB files in phpNuke). Nor do you need the BBToNuke files if the version has already been updated.

The database conversion only allows a phpBB databaes to be converted for use in phpNuke. phpBB and phpNuke tables are not compatible, thus you cannot run an independent phpBB on phpNuke tables.

Not sure what you mean exactly - all phpNuke 6.5 and higher have phpBB forums built in.
