Sentinel Module : You can't access this file directly...

When i click the link to the sentinel module i get this message : (You can't access this file directly...)

It doesnt matter if the module is active or not i still get the same message. If anyone has had this problem I could use some help.

I just installed Sentinel 2.3 today on PHP-NUke version 7.6 and am getting this same error. I also see this with the blocks and had to delete the Hacker Beware blocks in order to do admin function son my site again.
If anyone can clue us in on what may be causing this that would be great.

Sentinel requires the Patched files - http://www.nukefixes.com

Im already patched. should i try patching up agian or do you have anything else that could help?
