Okay I am making a new account at the same webhost ( 100webspace )
and I would like to keep the same usernames that are already registered... Now how would I do that so they don't have to re-register?
Is it even possible? If so. Can you please inform me?
Thank you in advance,
eL EpiC

You can just copy the nuke_users table over to the new webspace's db.

Alright... Thank you, but is it possible to put 2 nuke_users table togather because there are people registered on both new and old. I would like to add the old with the new users. Thank you in advance.

Yes. You should take the DATA in the table, NOT THE SCHEMA, and run this through phpmyadmin, but you'd better be careful not too include user_id fields as they could conflict.
