A few of you may know me for the Nuke Memberlist map, or from recent versions - NukeMap. I had a post on my new wordpress site today telling me about a german group that were working on my code - adding an admin panel. This is pretty good news because I didn't have time to finish my own code for it.
When I went over to the site - Nuke Evolution - I found that they had simple used my code without any credit whatsoever. Whilst they have cut back the functions totally - I know the core module is all my work - just altered a bit. I posted on their site explaining that they needed to add my credits to the module.
If they say no you notify there web hosting company. usually they will take action if you have proof.

I am sorry that this happened. Though they are a splinter group from the main project, this reflects badly on us. I will contact the people in charge over there and attempt to fix this situation.

Well, I have proof in that I have a copy of the module releases from 1.0 to 1.6 but then I guess I can't prove the dates.
Other people have downloaded the code - maybe I could use that.
I'm hoping they will be nice about it and give me credit
They agreed that some code was taken from my script and I think they are adding a line in the readme. I guess something in the copyright.php file would have been nice - but I'm greatful that they have agreeded for this much.
