You could make it into a center up block

Save the following as block-YouTube.php and upload to the blocks directory of your site. Then Activate it from admin.php....blocks
Code:
<?php
if (eregi("block-YouTube.php",$_SERVER['PHP_SELF'])) {
    Header("Location: index.php");
}

$content = "";

$stuff = <<< End_Stuff
<center>
<object width="425" height="350">
   <param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/JTyECFX-LAY"></param>
   <embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/JTyECFX-LAY" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="425" height="350"></embed>
</object><br /></center>

End_Stuff;

$content .= $stuff;
?>

this topic looks like it is a little old.
I made a block file and used the admin panel to set up a new block - using the drop down I found the youtube block - but it didn't work.
Sad
