I've created some links to different topic groups. But it seems that this isn't working. Can somebody show me the right path?

What i've done, i've created differt topics. I've created different articles (news) in the different topics. So far so good.
They all show up in the topic overview, but when i click a topic seperate, they don't work all the same.

The thing i want to do is have a block, with several links to the topics directly. In the block, i've added links like this:
Code:
$content .= "<strong><big>&middot;</big></strong>&nbsp;<a href=\"modules.php? name=News&new_topic=9\">PBM</a><br>"

Does anybody knows what i'm doing wrong?
Is it something with rights? Wrong links? ...?

Thanks a lot!!!

http://nukecops.com/PHP-Nuke_simple-content-block.html

Each Content line represents each link you want in your block.
