Hi guys
I have a nuke 7.4 I am using character set windows 1256 for my language
Lately when I try to submit a story from the main menu after I finish everything successfuly , I open the mysql DB to find letters turned into question marks
When I submit it from the admin page ( it uses another file of course ) letters show up right upon publishing
Even the messages show up great when I create them and publish to the heading of the first page on the site

I am suspecting a problem with the index.php of the "submit news" module but I don't know how to fix it and force it not to change the characterset beforre posting to the mysql any help ??

What tool did you use to look at your DB?
Mysqladmin?
If so, that happens.
