New features of Who is Online 1.5

You now enter CIDR range instead of start ip, end ip. Start ip and end ip are still available if no CIDR range is available for you to use.
Added the ability to edit a range from the who is online list.
Tidy up some of the code.
Improved some of the display when adding and or editing ip ranges.
Added more bots.
