OPML is an XML document format which is widely used to import and export RSS feeds from various tools. MyHeadlines had a crufty file format that got the job done, but since it was proprietary only the brave would try to work with it. I have embraced the OPML standard and the next release will replace the old import / export systems with the new OPML version.
