Admin Swiftinfo is a center block where portal's administrator can post
quick messages, like for i.e. - what's going on, warning and events, etc.
Messages can include smilies and text/links. Messages are filled in directly
from the block. Via admin control panel the Swiftinfo block can be activated and deactivated - facility to set the number of
messages to appear in the block and few other settings. Demo (main portal front page) from
