NukeCops - UPDATED - NSN News Universal with/without self closing window

This is an update as version 2 of the NSN Universal news tweak, now with and without a self closing pop-up window when the mouse is over the read more link. On the previous version I included just the self closing pop-up window facility. But soon after I realised this tweak was incomplete simply because some (News module) articles may include web link/s, and it was obvious that readers where unable to click on the link/s, for the simple reason that the pop-up window would automically close soon after the mouse was moved from the read more link. Therefore in the new zip file I included a second option where with the mouse over the read more link the pop-up window remains active. In our site as demo we used a non self closing window in the News main front page, while on the Topics we are using (as temporarily demo) with a self closing facility. Download from here.
