NukeCops - Scrolling Info Block Released

Hey guys I made a Scrolling info block, you can see it HERE

Thanks to Rvh for some of the coding, and also if u have rvh user info block installed you have to overwrite it with the one i provide you or else it won't work, because two of the same functions will give you errors. so i spent about an half hour editing the code for both blocks will work fine together and also deleted some of the stuff in the user info block because it was added in the Scrolling Info block to save alot of space.
