NukeCops - RG_Sports V2.07 - Season Archive included

With two sites having now used the new season changeover routines and initial testing complete I'm confident enough to release this pre 2.1 Beta which now includes season archive routines and display enhancements.

Thanks for all the feedback from those using the V2 series which has allowed rapid progress on hardening the code and improving the user interfaces. I've therefore been able to make these improvements publicly available well ahead of schedule.

Live sites can be seen in the following configurations which are now set from the master config file rgglobals.php. Displays of archive information on Team pages will be available in the V2.1 release as will improvements to player award system for display on Player profile pages.
