NukeCops - Chatterbox 1.2

There were a few things we didn't like so we pounded out a fresh version! We're currently test driving Chatterbox 1.2 before posting for download. This block is a major rebuild with numerous improvements. We've also placed a second version online to show the benefits of using Swishmax to edit the source. Admins can really make this one their own if they are fans of Swish. The best way to find out if it's any good, is to use it.
