Give Your Site Dynamic Page Titles

This is a mod of the header.php file and inclusion of a new file called includes/title.php. It gives you the ability to add custom dynamically generated page titles to your entire site. Best of all it works in conjunction with $sitename and $pagetitle so you can really cash in on unique page titles with every refresh.
