NukeCops - NukeJokes 2 Beta Released

I have finally finished the new version of NukeJokes. This version includes ability to post images in Jokes, post comments about jokes, plus loads of ther stuff people have asked for.

Admin Changes

-Added Options panel, adds many options to NukeJokes
-Added Comments panel to control comments in jokes
-Added ability to add Images to jokes
-Fixed bug stopping jokes being edited

User Side Changes

-Added error checking to the Joke add form, now it checks the user has entered a name for the joke
and has entered the text for the joke -Joke Add form checking, checks length of joke and name of joke, which can now be set in the admin panel
-Added ability to add Images to jokes
-Added comments system
