I have a nuke fork compliant, version 7.6 at http://www.smf-nuke.com and the actual time to make code changes was about 30 hours or less of trial and error. And that included replacing all the $bgcolor to class="bgc1" for example. In other words, all the $bgcolor in that nuke fork has been moved to the style.css file. I also changed a few little things along the way like replace a couple of instances of class="class" in one module. I could not find that class listed in any style.css file in 200 themes.

Glad to see a 100% tableless system out there. Great work!!!

About the modules, like I stated above, I have the original nuke modules compliant and of course they all use tables. I am not saying it is the perfect way to display, etc. but the slight modifications I made pass the validation test on the W3C website. I have the W3C in the footer on smf-nuke.com so anyone can test a page. Soooo, module developers can still make modules with tables if so desired.

I have only made the original modules compliant, so please do not question why the other modules are not compliant on the smf-nuke.com website. ;-)

Good work aleagi..... love your country... ;-)

As a graphic designer... I would love PhpNuke to be more designer friendly. I've had such trouble creating a theme! I'd love to make themes, but I feel like I have to know a programmer in order to get it right since my time is limited.
