Basically, I feel that the old saying comes in to play, "Don't start something unless you are going to finish it." I mean sure, there are many people who will simply "find another browser." That does not fix the other half of the issue. What about OS security?
In the artilcle M$ repeated on quite a few occasions that IE is part of the O$. If you simply get another browser and not update IE (because now you can't), what about the security of your O$? I guess now we (us windows users) will have to look for another O$ as well.
Just my thoughts on the matter. |
