Take a look at the nuke_authors table and look if a new administrator has been created. If so empty the table, but don't delete it.

New unauthorized admin account has been created

1. Run your database tool (e.g. phpMyAdmin).
2. Open a database belongs to PHP-Nuke tables. In phpMyAdmin, it listed in left side panel.
3. Open {nuke}_authors table, replace {nuke} with your actual $prefix name defined in config.php.
4. Delete all records listed in this table.
5. Close/logout from your database tool.
6. Go to your site and run admin.php.
7. When prompted, enter new admin account (admin nick, name, password, email, etc).
8. Done.

I don't know. Strange that you can't log in through admin.php, if your nuke_authors table seems OK.

I took just a look at your site and it looked normal. Is the problem that you can't get access as admin to your site? If it is so it is very easy to fix.
