I had the exact same problem.. Your cookie is set to use english language, so you'll have to delete it from your computer and log in again..

All my defaults (in phpMyAdmin and in the site and forums configuration) are set to Hebrew as default.

When a user deletes his avatar, the site goes crazy.
I presume this is caused by the user_info block, which shows the user's avatar (which couldn't be found).

Unfortunately there's no change log for phpNuke versions. You will have to do all the changes manually, using a file difference program (WinDiff, etc). As well, you will have to make up the difference ...
