You will need to post your theme code around the blocks call

modules/Forums/index.php isnt a theme file, it's a core file, c'mon Evaders. Laughing ...

Did you just delete it rather than using fantatico's uninstall facility?

If so you'll find a data file in your /fantasticodata folder via ftp still thinking its installed.

`display` varchar(255) NOT NULL default 'All',
