Are you on a dedicated server? You have access to the root email? It may contain bounce backs, if you can copy/paste the top of that here it would help to debug the problem.

That was Fortress(T) 1.01 Beta. It was known $subject. The next release of the app is beta 1.20 which has it listed as $mailsubject now. Please upgrade.
