You might want to try a Cron Job if you can't find what's causing it. Make a script that flushes all the hosts and set it to run every 24 hours using this (or whatever your server needs):

/usr/bin/ ...

Great. That's the file with most of the modifications in. The line you need to change in config.php looks something like this:

$display_errors = false;

Change it to:

$display_errors = true;
