Some info for Ghost Recon:

send the following packet to UDP port 2348:

0xc0,0xde,0xf1,0x11,0x42,0x6,0x0,0xf5,0x3,0x0,0x78 0x30,0x63

*source: http://www.gametalk.com/talk/pc/ghost_recon/60480422.htm *

Ghost Recon communicates on two UDP ports and one TCP stream. Normally TCP is on port 2346 and carries the game dialog. This is the port number that is mentioned in the game so we use it and apply an offset to get the port number for status queries. Port 2347 gives some high level server stats and 2348 gives fairly low level server stats.

*source: QStat2.5c info/GhostRecon.txt http://www.qstat.org/ *

Hope that helps.

I'd like to help if I could but not sure exactly how the process works... Do you just need the server ip??

Here is a link to the novalogic(Delta Force) server lobby if that helps.
http://nw3.novaworld.net/df3lobby9x.htm I have found an app that lets you ping the servers and an app that will decrypt the ip also..

Is there a place where I could learn some more about quarying a game server??

Thanks.

I thought I'd help out a little here. If you want a game supported you first need to check and see if it is supported by GameQ. This is what he uses to query servers, and it is the one sending the packets and recieving the data. If GameQ doesn't support it, then you need to give the info about how to query the servers to that guy. If it does, then all disgruntledtech needs is the graphics for the game, a webpage template and a server IP to test it with.

Thank you Pyroman. Very Happy GameQ doesn't have support for the Delta Force servers so I will do some research and find out how to quary them...

I'm uploading it now Smile It looks great! Also, in the future, will you be adding a block perhaps that could display some stats for a single server, such as map and number of players?

Your webserver probably uses a PHP version lower than 4.3.0.
If you replace stream_set_timeout with socket_set_timeout in class.gameq.php it should work.
