Documents Module 0.2.2 is now available - Head here for Downloads / Demos and Support. Currently Documents module lets you:

-upload and download files
-record and display "hits" on files
-set access permissions for directories based on Forum Group names.
-create custom icons / mimetypes to support all forms of file."
